Finland - Turku to Tampere

We stopped at Lake Rautavesi near Tyrvää, Sastamala. Many of the lakes and rivers freeze over during winter so skating and cross-country skiing are popular. Is this a holiday home (bottom photo)? It appears to be empty and held up off the ground by rocks.
